It is the popular clamor that was heard in the streets more than 2 centuries ago by adherence to the Cadiz Constitution of 1812, specifically on March 19, 1812 (Saint Joseph's Day), hence its name.
In choosing this name, two ways have been united, one of the first Constitution and its weight in history, and specifically the role of Cádiz that has been marked for life, on the other hand the people ... a shout popular that has survived over the years.
